The Career Development Office (CDO) Rewards Program is a unique progression designed to help you navigate your career process and gain momentum as you engage. By taking advantage of CDO programs and resources, you earn points culminating in new levels. These levels unlock benefits — rewards and services that improve as you engage both in depth and breadth. Embark on this path of self-discovery, and we’ll provide direction and resources along the way!

How does it work?

The CDO compiles your unique engagement data and assigns points that accumulate toward unlocking levels. At each new level reached, you'll receive an email detailing your points breakdown and the opportunities now accessible to you.

Points are tallied automatically and level notifications are dispatched weekly, along with raffle drawings. All students are eligible for benefits corresponding with their current level and all preceding levels. With each level, the gear and benefits get better. Raffle prizes are provided by premium brands such as GoPro, Sony, Osprey, Therabody, Eno, JBL, Hyperice, and more.

Advancing to higher levels necessitates not only accumulating more points but also diversifying your engagement. This approach helps you participate across a spectrum of fundamental areas crucial to your professional development journey. You can conveniently check your current point totals any time by visiting the CDO and presenting your Kenyon student ID.
