To apply to Camp 4, complete and submit the following application materials electronically by the application deadline of March 15, 2023.  

Required Application Materials

  • Camp 4 Application Form, which includes a short essay
  • Teacher/School Counselor Assessment Form
  • High School Transcript

It is the applicant's responsibility to make sure all required information has been provided in order for their application to be considered. We will begin to evaluate applications in January, and all materials must be submitted electronically by the application deadline of March 15, 2023.  

Teacher/Counselor Recommendation 

As part of the Camp 4 Application, applicants will be asked for the name and email address of a teacher or school counselor that has agreed to submit an assessment form in support of the student's application. This short assessment form should be completed by a teacher or school counselor (or other academic officer) who knows the applicant well and can speak to their academic ability, dedication and interest in attending, as well as character and potential. Once the student submits their application, an email will be generated to the recommender. 

Official High School Transcript

Students are required to submit a copy of their high school academic transcript.  Please follow submission instructions provided on the Camp 4 Application.
