Implementation
The strategic plan outlines nearly 50 ideas to illustrate how Kenyon's strategic priorities could be advanced. An important first step of implementation was to conduct market research to understand how the ideas could be prioritized, operationalized and scaled for maximum impact. This provides a foundation for a broader implementation effort.
