Kenyon College has posted and is publicly sharing 2018 crime statistics and safety-related policies and procedures as required by the federal Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act.
The Clery Act, passed in 1990, requires colleges and universities that receive federal funds to share calendar-year information regarding campus crime and efforts to improve campus safety, including information about emergency notification, the crime-reporting process and support programs for survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence and stalking.
