Kenyon College believes that the entire campus community is best positioned to remain healthy when all persons are immunized. Students are required to receive the vaccines recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, unless they qualify for a medical or religious exemption. COVID-19 vaccination appointments can be scheduled by appointment at Knox Public Health or at Conway's Pharmacy in Mount Vernon. Please note to call ahead of time and confirm availability of the vaccine. At this time, the College is unable to offer COVID-19 vaccinations on campus because supplies are limited.
The flu vaccine is also required for all students and is offered at the Cox Center by appointment. For students unable to get either vaccine while at Kenyon, they are encouraged to make it a priority over Thanksgiving or winter break. Once vaccinated, students will need to upload their documentation into the PyraMED Student Health Portal.
Our campus community will be set up to start the spring semester with students protected against severe illness from COVID-19. Students that are sick can be tested for COVID as part of a health appointment at the Cox Center.
