The administrative area of the Kenyon website calendar is accessed through a module within BigTree, the website's content management system (CMS).
Frequent Event Planners
If you are a Kenyon staff member who frequently plans and schedules on-campus events, please contact Emily Lindo to arrange access to the module and schedule an introductory training session.
Other Event Planners
If you are a member of a student group or another member of the Kenyon community with an event to plan and/or promote, please contact the Office of Campus Events, which works with the Office of Communications to add events to the website calendar.
For both in-person and virtual events, you must confirm your booking through Kenyon Reservations before an event can be added to the website calendar.
