Jessica received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Ashland University and a master’s degree in mental health counseling from Capella University. She is an independently licensed professional clinical counselor who has worked in community mental health centers with children, adolescents and adults with co-occurring disorders. Jessica also has experience as a crisis response therapist. Jessica utilizes person-centered and cognitive-behavioral theories in her counseling approach. She is trained in EMDR therapy, a trauma-focused treatment approach. During her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, going to concerts, baking and knitting.
