Orientation Schedule at a Glance

We will post a more detailed schedule before you arrive on campus. Until then, here are a few important dates as you plan your trip to Gambier.

International Student Early Arrival

International Pre-Orientation

International Pre-Orientation (Pre-O) is hosted by the Center for Global Engagement (CGE) for new international students. New F-1 and other visa holding international students are required to attend International Pre-O. Domestic students who reside abroad and U.S. Permanent Residents are invited to attend International Pre-O and should contact the CGE (cge@kenyon.edu) if they plan to attend. 

International Pre-O Schedule

• Monday, August 14, 2023: New international students arrive.
• Tuesday, August 15 - Friday, August 18, 2023: International Pre-O programming for students

Arrival information on August 14, 2023

• New international students arriving by their own transportation:  Please plan to arrive at Kenyon between 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
• New international students arriving on CGE shuttles.  Please schedule your flight to arrive at the Columbus International Airport (CMH) by 8:00 p.m. on August 14, 2023 to take a CGE shuttle. The CGE will collect flight information and schedule shuttles in early August. Please note that the CGE is only able to transport new international students on CGE shuttles; any parents or guests will need to arrange their own transportation to Kenyon.
