Check in will be available on Friday in different locations depending on your arrival time. Be sure to check in to get your tickets and wristbands for the weekend and your swag bag! See below for timing and locations:

The deadline to register was September 1 by 4:30 p.m. ET.
Yes, you may cancel your registration and receive a full refund through August 28. No refunds will be processed after the deadline.
Please bring your swimsuit, goggles and towel if you are planning on getting in the pool! Be sure to check the weather in the days prior to the weekend to adequately pack for Ohio late summer weather.
Most events are casual. Both Hall of Fame induction events will be cocktail/ business casual attire. (Please know Coach Steen will likely don his typical shorts, t-shirt and Kenyon swimming hat.)
If you are arriving around noon on Friday, you may park on Lewis Lawn. If you are arriving later in the day on Friday or Saturday, parking will be located on Meadow Lane across from the backside of Lowry Center. Please follow the signage. Weekend parking permits are in your registration packet. Please post your permit on the dashboard of your vehicle at all times. Vehicles parked on campus illegally or without permits may be ticketed. Vehicles parked in fire lanes will be towed by the Village.
Please keep in mind the Knox County Sheriff’s office may ticket vehicles parked illegally in non-campus areas, so take note of the fire lanes and the two-hour limits on spaces in the village center.

Emergency phones, identified by a blue light, are located throughout the campus. To use, open the box beneath the blue light and press the red button. Campus safety will respond and will be dispatched to your location.
