Close to the Lowry Center and student parking lots, this new housing offering will be available to students in fall 2022. The Meadow Lane rooms will be situated in three buildings — A, B and C — along with a detached communal space including a shared kitchen and lounge. Meadow Lane will add over 130 additional beds to our on-campus housing options for upperclass students and will include the following amenities:
- All are single rooms (charged at the double residence hall room rate), making them the least expensive single rooms on campus.
- Suite-style bathroom (including a toilet and shower) are shared with one other person.
- Rooms are furnished with a bed, under bed storage, desk, chair, wardrobe/closet and sink.
- The buildings are air-conditioned and have complementary laundry facilities.
You may select into a room individually and another student can select the other single room in the suite. You and the other student will share the bathroom. Groups of two students can also form a group and select both rooms of the suite during the housing selection process.
