Rooms vary in size. Apartments can be on the first floor, second floor or a combination of both with a common living space on the first floor and bedrooms upstairs. Please check floor plans for available configurations.
The New Apartments have adjustable heat and air conditioning and kitchenettes in the common living areas with small refrigerators, sinks, and stove-top burners. There are laundry facilities nearby as well as adjacent parking and tennis courts. Please note trash must be carried to a central facility.
