Course Registration Deadlines and Late Fees, Fall 2024

Change to Enrollment	Policy States	Last date for semester
Lessons and ensembles	First 11 class days	Sept. 12, Thursday
Add a course late	First 3 weeks of semester, $35 late fee after 7th class day.	Sept. 18, Wednesday
Pass/D/Fail	First 8 weeks of the semester	Oct. 25, Friday
Withdraw (WD) - Minimum 1.75 units/14 semester hours	First 8 weeks of semester, $35 late fee after 7th class day	Oct. 25, Friday
Recommended WL form request Withdraw Late (WL) one time only	Prior to exam periods	Dec. 9, Monday Dec. 13, Friday

Drop Add

Enrollment change request forms are available online. You will need your advisor’s approval for ALL schedule changes including MUSC and PHSD. There is a $35 late fee to add or withdraw from a course after September 6.

Meeting Dates for PHSD Courses, Fall 2024

Sessions with section .10: Sept. 9 - Oct. 18. All registration changes must take place during the first week of the session.
Sessions with section .20: Oct. 28 - Dec. 13. All registration changes must take place during the first week of the session.
Sessions with sect. 00, 01, 02: Full semester.

Enrollment Verification

Many students may need enrollment verifications for health insurance, auto insurance, internships, etc. The Registrar's Office can provide this verification for each semester. Enrollment verifications can be requested from your personal access pages.

Graduation Requirement Reviews

Seniors who were on off-campus study for spring 2024 will complete their review this fall. Appointments are divided alphabetically by last name. Students are notified two weeks before their appointment slots. Students who do not complete their appt. during the allotted time will have a hold put on their account and will be registered after their class registers.
