Every year, Kenyon alumni, parents and partner organizations turn to the college for talented interns. In addition to sourcing opportunities, Kenyon offers funding to supplement wages or offset expenses for internships that would otherwise be out of financial reach. EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants offers a summer internship supporting team projects, research and client operations at a fast-growing insurance firm. Interns gain hands-on experience in data analysis, marketing and professional development while working closely with industry professionals.

Ranger Software Group offers an internship supporting investment research and operations at a permanent equity holding company focused on software businesses. Interns conduct market research, support diligence efforts, and contribute to portfolio analytics while working closely with the company founders.

XCharge Energy North America offers two internship tracks at a clean energy technology company manufacturing EV charging and smart grid solutions. Finance interns support accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial data management using QuickBooks and Ramp. Operations interns coordinate cross-functional projects, track operational KPIs, maintain data systems, and identify process improvements across sales, marketing and product operations.

Village of Gambier offers an internship to support infrastructure asset management, emergency preparedness planning, and fiscal operations for a small municipality. Interns inventory village-owned infrastructure, organize emergency response documentation, and maintain financial records while gaining hands-on experience in local government operations.
